The MCXUNI/BP cards are designed to drive from 8 to 64 (8-line module) asynchronous RS232/422 lines. Under certain conditions it is also possible to support synchronous serial links.
The solution is in the form of a universal PCI card (reference MCXUNI/BP -00) connected to 8-line external cases (MCX -BP).
We also offer a 8-line case model (reference MCX- BPMR) to have RS232, RS422 or RS485 isolated lines.
All the features of the card are accessible through a driver that allows addressing each of the serial channels as a traditional COM port (using the Win32 API on Windows or Linux file interface).
